Sumayyah Carter

Sumayyah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Production from Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University. Initially drawn to a career in production, she quickly realized that the fast-paced world behind the scenes wasn’t the right fit. Instead, she found fulfillment in roles that prioritized connection and service, leading her to pivot into sales and customer service.

With years of experience in various sales roles, Sumayyah discovered her passion for helping others by guiding them toward informed decisions. This realization led her to focus solely on customer service, where she could make a meaningful impact by ensuring clients have the resources and support they need.

At PearsonRavitz, Sumayyah’s dedication to serving others shines through in her role as a Client Services Specialist. She is committed to assisting clients in protecting themselves and their loved ones, making complex insurance concepts easy to understand and navigate.

Outside of work, Sumayyah expresses her creativity through DIY projects, woodworking, and crafting—any activity that allows her to bring ideas to life with her own hands.
