Director of Physician Engagement and Strategy
Frances Mei Hardin, MD, is the Director of Physician Engagement and Strategy at PearsonRavitz. A former ENT surgeon turned entrepreneur, she brings firsthand insight into the challenges physicians face and a bold vision for what advocacy can look like when rooted in lived experience. At PearsonRavitz, she leads national engagement initiatives for trainees and early-career physicians, develops educational strategy, and helps guide a future-facing approach to physician protection.
Dr. Hardin is also the founder of Hippocratic Collective, a physician media company focused on storytelling, career diversification, and systems change in medicine. Through her work, she champions a new era of physician support: one that listens first, builds with intention, and never forgets who the system is built upon.
