Nicole brings a unique background in independent school admissions and collegiate lacrosse coaching to her role as Administrative Assistant. She has a natural talent for building relationships and keeping complex tasks organized, ensuring the team runs smoothly day to day. Her coaching experience honed her leadership and communication skills, while her admissions work sharpened her eye for detail and strategic planning. Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and cheering on her two boys as they grow.
