We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Frances Mei Hardin has joined the PearsonRavitz team! A former ENT and now our Director of Physician Engagement and Strategy, Frances Mei brings a powerful blend of clinical experience,  creative vision, and deep empathy for the physician’s journeys.

She understands the challenges doctors face because she has lived them. These experiences fuel her passion for creating a better, more supportive future for the next-generation physicians. At PearsonRavitz, she will lead engagement initiatives for residents and early-career physicians, fostering meaningful connections and long-term support across the medical community.
